摘 要:通过问卷调研法深入探究乡村教师队伍建设的现状发现,乡村教师队伍中女性教师的比例略高,学历背景以本科学历为主,小学教师数量最多,高中教师数量略低。乡村教师对终身教育的接受程度较高,主要通过在职进修与持续培训进行自我提升,但对学位课程的接受度较低,普遍认为评定体系的公平性是对乡村高素质教师队伍建设最有效的提升策略,高中学段的教师对于教学方法培训、教育技术应用培训、社会认可及颁发优秀教师奖励的需求程度相对较高。基于此,应提高乡村教师队伍的社会责任感、职业认同感,加强终身教育体系建设,以期为完善乡村教育体系,提升乡村教育质量,促进乡村振兴战略的实施提供参考。The study deeply explores the present situation of the construction of rural teaching staff with questionnaire survey.It is found that the proportion of female teachers in the rural teachers is slightly higher,the educational background is mainly bachelor’s degree,the number of primary school teachers is the largest,and the number of high school teachers is slightly lower.Rural teachers have a high degree of acceptance of lifelong education,which is mainly improved through on-the-job training and continuous training.However,the acceptance of degree courses is low.It is generally believed that the fairness of the evaluation system is the most effective strategy to improve the construction of high-quality rural teachers.Teachers in high and middle schools have relatively high needs for teaching method training,educational technology application training,social acceptance and awards for outstanding teachers.Based on this,it is suggested to strengthen the social responsibility and professional identity of rural teachers,and the construction of lifelong education system,so as to provide reference for improving the rural education system,improving the quality of rural education and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
