摘 要:社会力量参与师范生协同培养既是推进教师教育治理现代化的内涵要求,也是新时代教师教育改革的基本方向。本研究基于四螺旋理论,设计了“条件-实现-支持”分析框架,构建了社会力量参与师范生协同培养机制理论模型,并运用AMOS结构方程模型对其进行实证检验。研究发现,激励机制、领导机制、制约机制、沟通机制和保障机制五个因素对社会力量参与师范生协同培养效果均具有不同程度的正向显著影响。基于此,应建设激励驱动机制,激发社会力量参与的内外部动力;健全组织领导机制,保证社会力量与各协同主体各尽其职;建立监督制约机制,确保社会力量参与的规范性;完善沟通协商机制,加强社会力量与各协同主体间的对话交流;构建多元保障机制,为社会力量参与协同合作提供有力支撑。The participation of social forces in the collaborative training of teachers and students is not only a essential requirement for promoting the modernization of teacher education governance,but also a basic direction of teacher education reform in the new era.Based on the Quadruple Helix Theory,this study designs the“condition⁃realization⁃support”analysis framework,constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of social forces participating in the collaborative training of teachers and students,and empirically tests it by using the AMOS structural equation model.It is found that the five factors of incentive mechanism,leadership mechanism,constraint mechanism,communication mechanism,and guarantee mechanism have different degrees of positive and significant impact on the effect of social forces participating in the collaborative training of normal students.Therefore,this paper proposes to build an incentive driving mechanism to stimulate the internal and external motivation of social forces to participate;improve the organizational leadership mechanism to ensure that social forces and all cooperating entities perform their duties;establish a supervision and constraint mechanism to ensure the standardization of the participation of social forces;improve communication and consultation mechanisms,and strengthen dialogue and exchanges between social forces and various cooperating subjects;build a diversified guarantee mechanism to provide strong support for social forces to participate in coordination and cooperation.
