摘 要:文章以低温超微粉碎技术制备了花椒籽粉,并以花椒籽油的得率为指标,研究粉碎时间、萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取压力、分离釜Ⅰ温度、分离釜Ⅰ压力等因素对超临界二氧化碳萃取的影响;通过正交试验设计对超临界二氧化碳萃取花椒籽油脂的工艺条件进行优化。试验结果表明:花椒籽油得油率的影响主次因素为超临界萃取温度>超临界萃取时间>超临界萃取压力>分离釜Ⅰ温度>花椒籽粉碎时间;得到超临界萃取花椒籽油脂的最优工艺参数,即花椒籽经过干燥后,在-20℃经过55 s粉碎,萃取温度50℃、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取时间110 min、分离釜Ⅰ压力6 MPa、分离釜Ⅰ温度65℃,此条件下花椒籽油的得率为14.83%。此试验结果表明结合低温超微粉碎技术与超临界二氧化碳萃取技术萃取花椒籽油脂,既可以避免繁琐的前处理工艺,减少花椒籽油脂的挥发损失,为超临界二氧化碳萃取花椒油工艺的完善提供依据。This paper presented the preparation of Zanthoxylum seed powder using low temperature ultrafine grinding technology,with the yield of Zanthoxylum seed oil as the index for investigating the effects of grinding time,extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction pressure,temperature of separation reactor I,and pressure of separation reactor I on supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.The optimization of process conditions for supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Zanthoxylum seed oil was conducted through orthogonal experimental design.The results revealed that the primary and secondary factors influencing the oil yield were supercritical extraction temperature>supercritical extraction time>supercritical extraction pressure>separation reactor I temperature>Zanthoxylum seed crushing time.The optimal parameters for supercritical extraction were determined as follows:after drying,seeds were crushed at-20℃for 55 s;then extracted at a temperature of 50℃and a pressure of 30 MPa;finally separated at a pressure of 6 MPa and a temperature of 65℃.Under these conditions,the yield reached 14.83%.It was demonstrated that combining low-temperature ultrafine grinding technology with supercritical carbon dioxide extraction not only simplified pretreatment processes,but also minimized volatilization losses in Zanthoxylum seed oil production,providing insights into enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness in this field.
