摘  要:文章通过对某市中小学心理教师进行调查,发现他们在专业成长与发展过程中尚面临着专业能力欠缺、角色定位模糊、福利待遇低、职评困难等现实困境。这一现实困境致使他们的情绪表达和情绪感受不一致,并导致情绪耗竭、工作满意度降低、自我成长内驱力不足等情绪劳动问题。根据情绪劳动理论,从个体和组织层面提出中小学心理教师情绪劳动优化管理建议。从心理教师个体层面来说,需要强化专业技能,改变自我认知;从组织层面来说,需要建立良好的工作环境和支持机制,从而提升其工作的效能感和幸福感。With the survey of emotional labor of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools,the paper finds that in their professional growth and development they still have practical difficulties,such as lack of professional ability,unclear role positioning,low welfare benefits,difficulties in professional certificates assessment,etc.,which lead to inconsistency of emotional expression and emotional feeling,and emotional labor problems such as emotional exhaustion,reduction of job satisfaction,and insufficient internal drive for self-growth.Therefore,the paper proposes to optimize the management of emotional labor of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools at both the individual level and the organization level according to the theory of emotional labor.In terms of the individual level,psychological teachers need to strengthen their professional skills and change their self-cognition.In terms of the organization level,it is necessary to establish a good working environment and support mechanism to enhance their sense of efficacy and happiness in work.
