摘　　要：随着国家对高职教育的重视程度的提升,如何提升高职教育的教学成效受到社会的广泛关注。在提升高职教育教学成果的诸多措施中,建设和优化教学团队是非常重要的一项。本研究以铜仁职业技术学院《有机化学》教学团队在建设中的努力和成果为例,探索高职院校教学团队的建设方法,以期为建设优秀的高职院校教学团队提供一定的参考。With the increasing emphasis of vocational education,how to improve the teaching effectiveness of vocational education has received more and more attention.Among the many measures to improve the teaching achievements of vocational education,construction and optimizing teaching teams is a very important one.This study takes the efforts and achievements in the construction of the organic chemistry teaching team in Tongren polytechnic College as an example,exploring the construction methods of teaching teams in vocational colleges.To provide some reference for building excellent teaching teams in vocational colleges.
