摘 要:药物化学实验以药物合成实验为主,是药学、药物制剂、制药工程等专业的一门核心课程。梳理课程整体,对药物化学实验的课程目标、实验过程、出现的问题、面临的困难以及改进举措进行介绍,详细分析实验操作的过程,包括试剂药品的称量、实验装置的搭建、反应条件的控制以及反应物的后处理,并对实验过程中常出现问题的原因也进行了分析。对于课程的整体介绍和过程分析,能够为药物化学实验的教学和学习提供一些参考,有助于加深课程的认识、提高课程的学习。Medicinal chemistry experiment mainly focuses on drug synthesis,which is a core course of pharmacy,pharmaceutical preparation,pharmaceutical engineering,etc.In this paper,medicinal chemistry experiment is described,including the curriculum objectives,experimental process,problems,difficulties and improvement measures.The process of experimental operation was analyzed in detail,including the weighing of reagents and drugs,the building of experimental equipment,the control of reaction conditions,and the post-treatment of reactants.The causes of problems often occurred in the experimental process were also analyzed.The overall introduction and process analysis of the course can provide some references for the teaching and learning of medicinal chemistry experiment.It is also helpful for the students to deepen the understanding of the curriculum and improve the learning of the curriculum.
