摘　　要：在党和国家加快培育新质生产力的历史转折点上,职业教育应立足时代使命,从理论、历史和实践等视域澄明“要素优化”是职业教育赋能新质生产力关键支点的价值旨归,厘清其赋能新质生产力的挑战困阻——育人和服务适应性不足导致的“供需失配”问题是职业教育赋能新质生产力的关键堵点。锚定职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的纾解进路:以内部各要素系统性改革创新驱动整体适应性提升,进而有效服务新质生产力生产要素等全领域创新,使创新驱动成为职业教育赋能新质生产力的关键基点。最终以职业教育、产业技术和技能人才的良性循环和融通聚变,为发展新质生产力发挥不可替代的作用。At the historical turning point when the Party and the country are accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces,vocational education should fulfill its historical mission by clarifying the value orientation of“factor optimization”as the key support point for vocational education to empower new quality productive forces from the perspectives of theory,history,and practice.It should also clarify the challenges and obstacles in empowering new quality productive forces through vocational education-the key bottleneck is the“mismatch between the supply and demand”caused by insufficient adaptability of education and service.Anchoring the easing way of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces:driving the systematic reform and innovation of internal elements to enhance overall adaptability,effectively serving the full range of innovation in new quality productive forces production elements,making innovation-driven the key pivot point of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces.Ultimately,achieving a virtuous cycle and fusion of vocational education,industrial technology,and skilled talents,play an indispensable role in developing new quality productive forces.
