摘 要:针对PID控制器存在的控制参数不可变、响应速度慢、抗干扰性差以及传统模糊控制存在的静差问题,设计了一种增量式模糊控制方法。将系统需输出的变化量作为模糊控制器输出,通过分析增量式的公式原理以及输出特性设计了增量式模糊规则库,在降低控制系统复杂性的同时,消除了系统稳态误差。采用该增量式模糊控制器的永磁同步电机矢量控制仿真结果表明,相较于PID控制和传统模糊控制,搭载该控制方法的永磁同步电机具有动态响应快、超调小、抗干扰性强等优点。Focusing on optimizing the PID controller deficiencies about immutable control parameters,slow response speed and poor anti-interference performance,and solving the steady-state error made by conventional fuzzy logic control,an incremental fuzzy logic control method was introduced.By setting the changing rate of system output as the fuzzy controller’s output,the incremental fuzzy rule base was designed by analyzing the principle of the incremental formula and output features,which eliminated the system steady-state error while reducing the complexity of the control system.The simulation results of a FOC PMSM based on such incremental fuzzy logic control convinced that,compared with PID control and conventional fuzzy logic control,the PMSM with incremental fuzzy control had the advantages of fast dynamic response,small overshoot and strong anti-interference performance.
