摘 要:中国的现代化经历了从西方现代化的“本土化”到凸显国情的“特色化”,再到现代化发展样态整体成型的“中国式”,这一独特样式的底色与基调是“中国国情”与“中国担当”,也意味着“中国道路”和“中国方案”。在中国现代化转型为新“样态”的过程中,中国教育也从“面向现代化”转变为“走进现代化”,教育现代化从服务现代化转向同时也实现教育自身现代化,意味着中国教育由传统教育向现代教育的整体转型。中国教育现代化由上至下布局与实施,意在将宏伟蓝图落地为美丽的现实风景,这可展开描述为:在顶层宏观决策的国家总体战略定位层面,协同教育、科技、人才落实立德树人的根本任务;在国家教育的全面战略布局中,落实“现代中国人”的品质培育;在各级各类教育战略运作中,落实课程育人的具体任务,从而开启中微观层面教育的落地实践。在中国式现代化视域下,需要立足于培育“现代中国人”,着力于“素养发展本位”的课程与教学领域变革探索,即:描画“现代中国人”形象,让“素养本位”清晰可见,使之成为课程教学现代化的基本导向;凝炼课程图谱及育人路径,让课程现代化有章可循;改进课堂师生交往,让教学现代化顺理成章;深化学校教育评价,为课程教学变革提供可测的尺度。The modernization of China has evolved from the"localization"of Western modernization to the emphasis on national characteristics,and then into a"Chinese style"formed by the overall pattern of modernization development.The underlying principles of this unique style are rooted in"China's national conditions"and"China's commitment",which also encompass"Chinese road"and"Chinese proposal".In the process of China's modernization transitioning to a new"pattern",education in China has shifted from"facing modernization"to"ushering into modernization",and the goal of education modernization has also shifted from merely adapting to modernization to realizing the modernization of education itself.This signifies an overall transformation of Chinese education from traditional methods to more contemporary approaches.The top-down arrangement of China's educational modernization and its implementation enables the realization of comprehensive blueprint at different levels:at the national strategic level,cultivating virtues and talents is integrated with education,science,and technology;within national overall educational strategic deployment,there is an emphasis on fostering quality cultivation of"modern Chinese";across various educational strategies at all levels,specific tasks related to curriculum education are implemented for localized practice.From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,to develop"modern Chinese",there is a focus on reforming the curriculum and teaching field based on literacy development:portraying the image of"modern Chinese",making literacy-based principles clear as fundamental guidance for curriculum teaching modernization;consolidating curriculum maps and educational pathways as rules for curriculum modernizations;enhancing communication between teachers and students in classrooms for natural teaching modernizations;deepening school education evaluations while providing measurable metrics for curriculum teaching reforms.
