摘　　要：荧光检测在化学分析、生物检测等多个领域得到广泛应用,因此对本科生进行相关实验教学具有重要意义。本实验成功创制了一套价格低廉、体积小巧的开放式荧光光谱仪,对其性能进行全面评估,并成功应用于实际样品的检测。这有助于培养学生的仪器设计和创制意识,增强他们对自主创制仪器的信心。Fluorescence detection has found extensive applications in various fields such as chemical analysis and biological testing.Therefore,conducting experiments related to fluorescence detection is of significant importance in undergraduate laboratory education.This experiment successfully developed a low-cost,compact open-source fluorescence spectrometer,whose performance was comprehensively evaluated and applied to the detection of real samples.The aim is to foster students’awareness and confidence in designing and creating instruments.
