摘　　要：“立德树人”是新时代高等教育的使命,而实验教学是“立德树人”的重要环节。本文基于“101计划”的背景,从实验教学体系、实验教学内容、实验教学团队、实验教学信息化建设以及软硬件建设等方面介绍了浙江大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心建设与发展的经验。依托中心的建设,坚持落实“人格、素质、能力、知识”四位一体(KAQ2.0)人才培养理念,不断提高自主培养基础学科拔尖创新人才的能力。Moral education is the mission of higher education in the new era,and experimental teaching is an important part of this mission.Under the background of the“101 plan”,this article introduces the experiences of the construction and development of Zhejiang University National Chemical Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center from the aspects of experimental teaching system,experimental teaching content,experimental teaching team,experimental teaching informatization construction,and the construction of both software and hardware.Relying on the center’s construction,we adhere to the new education concept that integrates personality,quality,ability and knowledge(KAQ2.0).This approach continuously improves our ability to independently cultivate top-notch innovative talents in basic disciplines.
