摘　　要：总结了北京大学化学与分子工程学院在创新实践教学体系构建、实验室制度化管理、实验技术人员能力提升和科普平台建设等方面的工作,介绍了近年来化学基础国家级实验教学示范中心(北京大学)围绕创新人才培养,以“提升实验教学质量”为核心、“建设创新化学实践教学体系”为目标,在示范中心建设方面开展的探索与实践。This article summarizes the exploration and practice on the experimental chemistry education in the National Demonstration Center for Experimental Chemistry Education at College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering in Peking University,including constructing an innovative practical teaching curriculum,institutionalizing laboratory management system,enhancing the skills of technical staffs,and building science popularization platforms.All the efforts focus on“improving the quality of experimental teaching”and aim to“build an innovative chemistry practical teaching system”,promoting the growth of talent undergraduates with innovative abilities and high academic standards.
