摘　　要：化学实验教学中心是高校开展化学教学的重要平台,对学生创新意识及实践能力培养具有重要意义。本文结合海南师范大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心建设的实际情况,对近年来示范中心在基础建设、创新人才培养实践教学体系建设、学生创新创业能力培养、实验教学队伍建设和地方示范与辐射作用等方面建设的实践和取得的成效进行介绍分析,探讨实验教学中心如何发挥资源优势,以期为培养高水平复合型创新人才做出贡献。Chemistry experiment teaching center is an important platform for developing chemistry teaching in universities,significantly contributing to the cultivation of studentsʼinnovative consciousness and practical abilities.Combining with the construction of national experimental teaching demonstration center of chemistry at Hainan Normal University,this paper analyzes the center’s achievements in infrastructure development,the establishment of an innovative practical teaching system,the cultivation of studentsʼinnovative entrepreneurial skills,the development of experimental teaching team,and the center’s role in local demonstration and outreach.The discussion aims to illustrate how the experimental teaching center leverages its resources to contribute to the training of high-level,multifaced,innovative talent.
