摘 要:目的探讨基于过程性评价的实习护生档案在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2022年11月至2023年12月在某“三甲”医院泌尿外科临床实习的护生为研究对象,按照不同实习病区分成试验组(n=37)与对照组(n=33)。对照组采用传统带教模式,试验组采用基于过程性评价的实习护生档案进行临床实践教学干预,为期4周,护生根据实习护生档案内容完成每周实习内容达标表、每日一问考核表、实习日志、反思日记和出科集体评议考核表。比较干预后两组的自我导向学习能力、临床沟通能力及评判性思维能力。结果干预后,试验组护生自我导向学习能力各维度得分及总分均高于对照组护生(P<0.001),试验组护生临床沟通能力总分及敏锐倾听、建立和谐关系、确认病人问题、共同参与维度得分均高于对照组护生(P<0.001),试验组护生评判性思维能力总分和分析能力、系统化能力两个维度得分高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论基于过程性评价的实习护生档案应用于泌尿外科临床教学一定程度上能提高护生的自我导向学习能力、临床沟通能力及评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing interns'archives based on process evaluation in clinical teaching of urology.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select nursing interns in urology of a Grade-A hospital from November 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=33)according to different internship wards.The control group received the traditional teaching model,while the experimental group received clinical practice teaching intervention based on nursing interns'archives of process evaluation for 4 weeks.Nursing interns completed Weekly Internship Content Compliance Forms,Daily Questioning Assessment Forms,Internship Logs,Reflection Diaries and Left Department Collective Evaluation Assessment Forms based on the content of nursing interns'archives.Compared the self-taught ability,clinical communication ability,and critical thinking ability of the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores and total scores of each dimension of self-taught ability of the experimental group nursing interns were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).The total scores of clinical communication ability,acute listening,establishing harmonious relationships,confirming patient problems,and participating together of nursing interns in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).The total scores of critical thinking ability,analytical ability and systematization ability of nursing interns in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing interns'archives based on process evaluation in clinical teaching of urology can improve nursing interns'self-taught ability,clinical communication ability and critical thinking ability to a certain extent.
