摘 要:复合型医药创新人才是医药产业发展的重要基石,但传统制药工程专业教育教学与当前医药产业发展前沿联系不够紧密,导致高素质应用型制药人才供给严重不足,践行产教融合的人才培养教学改革势在必行。药物合成反应是制药工程专业的核心基础课程之一,上承有机化学,下启药物化学、药物分析等多门专业基础课。文章以药物合成反应课程教学改革为范例,从提升理论水平和实践能力两方面探索制药工程专业的产教融合之路,是培养更符合市场需求、全面发展的制药专业人才的有效途径。Inter-disciplinary pharmaceutical innovative talents are the important cornerstone of the development of pharmaceutical industry.However,shortages of high-quality applied pharmaceutical talents are severe because traditional teaching of pharmaceutical engineering is not closely related to the development frontier in pharmaceutical industry.It is imperative to carry out teaching reform of talent training,in which industry is integrated into education.Drug synthesis reaction is a core basic course for the students of pharmaceutical engineering,and it connects organic chemistry and professional basic courses of pharmaceutical chemistry,pharmaceutical analysis etc.Taking the course of drug synthesis reaction as an example,the authors explored the industry-education integration through improving both theoretical level and practical ability,proving that industry-education integration is an effective way to cultivate well-developed pharmaceutical professionals who are more in line with market demand.
