摘　　要：职业院校应围绕“工匠精神”这一新型理念进行高质量的体育教育教学,为社会培养优秀高素质的人才。本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等方法对职业院校体育教学“工匠精神”培育进行研究,阐述了“工匠精神”融入职业院校体育教学中的目的和内在联系。研究结果表明:职业院校体育教学“工匠精神”培育存在教师缺乏对“工匠精神”的教学探索,学生缺乏对“工匠精神”的理解和学校缺乏相应的制度问题,并提出了加强对“工匠精神”内涵的研究、更新体育教学理念、培育具有“工匠精神”的教师队伍和培育职业院校学生的敬业精神等建议。Vocational colleges should focus on the new concept of"craftsmanship spirit"to provide high-quality physical education and cultivate outstanding and high-quality talents for society.This paper uses methods such as literature review and logical analysis to study the cultivation of"craftsmanship spirit"in physical education at vocational colleges.It elaborates on the purpose and intrinsic connection of integrating"craftsmanship spirit"into physical education.The research results show that there are issues in cultivating"craftsmanship spirit"in physical education at vocational colleges,such as teachers'lack of exploration in teaching"craftsmanship spirit,"students'lack of understanding of"craftsmanship spirit,"and the absence of corresponding institutional support in schools.The paper proposes recommendations such as strengthening the research on the connotation of"craftsmanship spirit,"updating physical education concepts,cultivating a teaching team with"craftsmanship spirit,"and fostering vocational college students'dedication.
