摘 要:多酚是一种存在于自然界植物中的化合物,具有易制取、抗氧化活性高、对机体有正向调节作用等优点,被广泛应用于食品、保健品等领域。近年来,研究表明在饲料中添加适宜剂量的多酚化合物,可有效提高水产动物抗氧化能力和免疫能力,对其生长性能和病害防控起到积极作用。因此,文章将从多酚的来源、分类、结构、对水产动物机体影响等方面,总结多酚化合物应用于水产动物饲料中的研究近况并提出展望,为后续的相关研究提供参考,以期能够早日实现多酚化合物在水产养殖中的产业化应用。The polyphenol was a type of compound existing in natural plants.Due to the advantages of easy preparation,high activity and positive regulation on the body,it was widely used in food,health products and other fields.In recent years,studies have shown that adding appropriate doses of polyphe-nols to feed can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity and immune performance of aquatic animals,and play a positive role in their growth performance and disease prevention.Therefore,from the aspects of the source,classification,structure and impact on aquatic animals,this paper will summarize the re-cent research status of polyphenol compounds in aquatic animal feed and present expectation,so as to provide references for subsequent related researches.We are looking forward to realizing the industrial-ized application of polyphenol compounds in aquaculture as soon as possible.
