共同富裕进程中青少年劳动精神培育一般路径与特殊遵循

摘  要:青年一代是否具有劳动精神,对于共同富裕战略目标的顺利实现具有重要价值和意义。青少年群体的这种精神品格不是自发生成或始终如一的,需探寻各种有效路径精心培育。一方面,应遵循劳动精神培育的普遍规律,筑牢物质支撑、加强教育形塑、致力实践熔铸、依托环境涵育,使青少年劳动精神得以正向生成和良性留存。另一方面,在具体方法和策略上,应遵循更加注重美好生活需要等高阶愿景的内生驱动,劳动精神培育中的公平正义理念灌输,创新奉献等审美层次劳动精神的培育,现代化劳作方式在精神孕育中的作用,个体在劳动精神孕育中的自觉自为状态等要求,以适应、匹配共同富裕历史新进程中的新变化和新要求。Whether the young generation upholds the spirit of labor is of great value and significance for the smooth realization of the strategic goal of common prosperity.However,the spiritual character of the youth group is not spontaneously generated or consistent,and requires careful cultivation through various effective paths and methods.On the one hand,we should follow the universal laws of cultivating the spirit of labor,establish solid material support,strengthen educational shaping,devote ourselves to practical casting,and rely on environmental nurturing,so that the spirit of labor among young people can be positively generated and well preserved;On the other hand,in terms of specific methods and strategies,we should follow the endogenous driving force of higher-level visions such as a greater emphasis on the need for a better life,the instillation of fairness and justice concepts in the cultivation of labor spirit,the cultivation of aesthetic levels such as innovation and dedication,the role of modern labor methods in spiritual fertility,and the conscious and self reliant state of individuals in the cultivation of labor spirit,in order to adapt to Matching the new changes and requirements in the new historical process of common prosperity.
