摘 要:文章介绍我国中医执业医师第一阶段实践技能考试内容及研究现状,总结宁夏医科大学学生在实践技能考试中存在的问题;以五年制中医相关专业学生为研究对象,通过建立实训室、促进教学改革、实施教师责任制等措施,提高第一阶段实践技能成绩。采取一系列措施后,学校中医专业技能考核通过率较之前有所提高,收获了学生、实习单位、用人单位、教师等多方的良好反馈,但仍要理性看待技能考试通过率,继续完善改革措施,进一步提高学生的临床实践能力。This paper firstly introduced the content and research status of the practice skill examination of Chinese medical practitio-ners in the first stage,and summarized the problems existing in the practice skill examination of students in this school.Taking stu-dents majoring in Chinese medicine in the five-year program as the research object,the practical skills of the first stage were pro-moted and improved by establishing training rooms,promoting teaching reform,implementing teacher responsibility system and other measures.After taking a series of measures,the passing rate of the TCM professional skills examination of the school has been im-proved,and students,practice units,employers,teachers and other parties have received very good feedback.However,it is still neces-sary to rationally view the passing rate of the skills examination,and continue to increase the reform measures to further consolidate and improve student’s clinical practice ability.
