高端人才科研助理队伍建设探索与实践

摘　　要：为加快实施人才强校、人才强院战略,充分发挥高端人才支柱作用,四川大学华西临床医学院制定了高端人才支持计划,并于2018年推行高端人才科研助理辅助临床研究管理制度。高端人才科研助理是一类既满足高端人才团队共性需求又适合科研团队发展的复合型专业人才。本文主要探讨医院建立高端人才科研助理岗位的价值,从高端人才科研助理队伍建设现状、聘用制度、工作职责、岗位晋升等多方面分析管理模式,并就其未来发展提出建议。To accelerate the implementation of the strategy of strengthening universities and hospitals through talents and fully leverage the pivotal role of high-end talents,the West China School of Clinical Medicine,Sichuan University,has formulated a advanced personnel support plan and implemented a management system for advancde personnel research assistants to assist in clinical research in 2018.Advanced personnel talent research assistants are a type of composite professionals who both meet the common needs of advanced personnel talent teams and are suitable for the development of research teams.This article mainly discusses the value of establishing advanced personnel talent research assistant positions in hospitals,analyzes the management model from various aspects such as the current status,appointment system,job responsibilities,and position promotion of the advanced personnel research assistant team,and proposes suggestions for its future development.
