摘　　要：在中职药剂专业人才培养中,以往的培养方式已不能满足当前社会的需求,需要进行调整,以不断提高药剂专业人才的专业能力和综合素质。本文旨在探索产教融合这一模式在中职药剂专业人才培养中的应用,分析现存的问题及改善措施,不断优化人才培养路径,并促进其未来长期可持续发展。In the training of personnel majored in pharmacy in secondary vocational schools,the previous training methods can not meet the current social needs any more,and adjustments need to be made to continuously improve the professional ability and com-prehensive quality of personnel majored in pharmacy.This paper aims to explore the application of the model of integration between industry and education in the training of personnel majored in pharmacy in secondary vocational schools,analyze the existing prob-lems and improvement measures,constantly optimize the personnel training path,and promote its long-term sustainable development in thefuture.
