摘 要:随着国家医改政策的不断调整,医药市场营销活动日新月异。本文以毕节职业技术学院农业工程系医药市场营销学课程为例,针对该课程教学内容滞后、教学方法单一、实训设施设备不健全、课程思政元素融入不够、职业能力与创新能力培养不足等问题,造成学生实习就业时无法快速适应激烈的医药市场营销工作的现状,提出从重构课程知识体系、采用多元化教学方法和构建课程实训平台等方面实施课程改革。Pharmaceutical marketing activities are changing rapidly with the continuous adjustment of national healthcare reform policies.This article takes the pharmaceutical marketing course of the department of agricultural engineering at Bijie Vocational and Technical College as an example.In response to the problems of outdated teaching content,single teaching methods,inadequate prac-tical training facilities and equipment,insufficient integration of Ideological&Political Education elements in the course,and insuffi-cient cultivation of professional and innovative abilities,which have caused students to be unable to adapt to the intense pharmaceuti-cal marketing work during internships and employment quickly,it proposes to implement course reform from the aspects of recon-structing the course knowledge system,adopting diversified teaching methods,and constructing a course training plaform.
