摘 要:目的调查ICU临床护理教师教学行为现状及影响因素。方法选取北京、上海、河南等省市的三级甲等医院ICU临床护理教师作为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果ICU临床护理教师工作投入、组织承诺、职业发展期望与教学行为呈正相关关系(P<0.05);对目前在临床工作中可用于教学的时间是否满意、活力、职业成就、机会空间、规范承诺是有效教学行为的预测因素,解释总变量的51.8%。结论管理者可通过采取有效的干预措施提高ICU临床护理教师工作投入度及职业发展期望,进而使其产生积极的教学行为。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of teaching behavior among clinical nursing teachers in ICU.Methods Clinical nursing teachers from Grade-A hospitals in Beijing,Shanghai,Henan and other provinces and cities were select-ed as the research subjects for a questionnaire survey.Results The engagement in work,organization's commitment,career expecta-tions for development,and teaching behavior of clinical nursing teachers in ICU were positively correlated(P<0.05).The satisfaction,vitality,career achievement,opportunity space,and normative commitment of the available time for teaching in clinical work are pre-dictive factors for effective teaching behavior,accounting for 51.8%of the total variables.Conclusion Managers can increase the engagement in work and career expectations for development of ICU clinical nursing teachers by taking effective intervention mea-sures,thereby leading to positive teaching behaviors.
