摘 要:目的探究虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务在急危重症护理学实训教学中的应用与实践。方法于2023年9—12月选取2022级180名护理专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=90)。对照组采用常规实训教学法,观察组采用虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务教学法。教学结束后,比较两组学生的实训成绩、批判性思维能力、人文关怀能力及教学效果评价。结果观察组实训成绩、批判性思维能力、人文关怀能力及对教学效果的评价均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论急危重症护理学实训教学中,虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务可以提高学生操作能力、批判性思维能力和人文关怀能力,教学效果值得肯定。Objective To explore the application and practice of virtual simulation training system combined with first-aid science popularization and social practice tasks in critical care nursing training teaching.Methods From September to December 2023,180 nursing students from the 2022 cohort were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90).The control group received conventional training teaching methods,while the observation group received a vi-rtual simulation training system combined with emergency science popularization social practice task teaching method.After the teaching is completed,compare students′practical training results,critical thinking ability,humanistic aesthetic ability,and teaching effectiveness in two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores in practical training,critical thinking ability,humanistic care ability,and evaluation of teaching effectiveness than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practical teaching of cr-itical care nursing,the combination of virtual simulation training system and first-aid science popularization social practice tasks can improve students′operational ability,critical thinking ability,and humanistic care ability,and the teaching effect is worthy of recognition.
