应用型本科医学院校实习护生专业自我概念与职业成熟度相关性研究  

Research on Correlation between Nursing Interns′Professional Self-concept and Career Maturity in Applied Undergraduate Medical Colleges

摘　　要：目的探索应用型本科医学院校实习护生专业自我概念与职业成熟度之间的关系,为提高实习护生的职业成熟度提供参考依据。方法2023年11月期间,使用一般资料调查表、护理专业自我概念量表以及大学生职业成熟度量表,对上海一所应用型本科医学院校541名不同学历层次的实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生职业成熟度量表总分为(110.79±15.08)分,护理专业自我概念量表总分为(88.51±12.37)分,专业自我概念与职业成熟度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,护理专业自我概念量表的专业技能、管理能力和沟通交流能力3个维度对职业成熟度有影响(P<0.05)。结论应用型本科医学院校实习护生专业自我概念对职业成熟度有一定影响,应引起护理教育者的重视,增强护生的职业满足感和归属感,提高职业决策的正确性和职业稳定性。Objective To explore the relationship between nursing interns′professional self-concept and career maturity in applied undergraduate medical colleges,and provide reference for improving nursing interns′career maturity.Methods During November 2023,a survey was conducted on 541 nursing interns with different educational levels in applied undergraduate medical colleges in Shanghai with General Information Questionnaire,Self-concept Scale of Nursing,and Collegians′Career Maturity Measurement Scale.Results The total score of the Career Maturity Scale for Nursing Interns was(110.79±15.08)score,and the total score of the Nursing Professional Self-Concept Scale was(88.51±12.37)score.There was a significant positive correlation between professional self-concept and career maturity(P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that the professional skills,management skills,and communi-cation skills of the Nursing Professional Self Concept Scale had an impact on career maturity(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing in-terns′professional self-concept in applied undergraduate medical colleges has a certain impact on career maturity,and nursing educators should pay attention to it,enhance the professional satisfaction and sense of belonging of nursing students,and improve the correctness and stability of career decision-making.
