摘  要:实践教学是我国“卓越工程师培养计划”和“新工科”背景下改革的重点内容,是实现创新能力和实践能力培养的主要内容。为了总结现阶段实践教学的改革经验,分析了近五年来实践教学方式的不足以及对应的改革措施,以培养具有工程实践能力和创新能力的新工科人才为目标,总结出五种实践教学改革路径:从顶层设计搭建五个实践教学环节间的关联;依靠校企合作、创新创业、工程训练以及教师科研四个平台更新实践教学内容;借助互联网和虚拟仿真技术拓展实践教学模式的新实践教学体系;以学生为中心设立层次化实践教学模式,提高实践教学效果;建立基于多方面的动态反馈机制,不断完善实践教学体系,保证实践教学的与时俱进。Practice teaching is the focus of reform in the context of China’s“outstanding engineer education program”and“emergent engineering education”,and it is the main content for realizing the cultivation of innovation ability and practice ability.In order to summarize the reform experience of practice teaching at the present stage,in this article we summarize the deficiencies of practice teaching methods in the past five years and corresponding reform measures.Specifically,a new practice teaching system was proposed with the goal of cultivating new engineering talents with engineering practice ability and innovation ability;from the top-level design,the connection between the five practice teaching methods was established;by relying on the platforms of university-enterprise cooperation,innovation and entrepreneurship,and faculty scientific research,the content of practice teaching was upgraded;with the assistance of the internet and virtual simulation technology,the model of practice teaching was expanded;a hierarchical student-centered practice teaching model was developed in order to improve the effect of practice teaching;a dynamic feedback mechanism based on multiple aspects was also established so as to continuously improve the practice teaching system and ensure up-to-date practice teaching.
