摘 要:中国的私立院校诞生于清朝晚期,随着中西交流日益密切,具有近代意义上的高等学府先后在大江南北出现。中华三育研究社将培育职业技术人才作为办学的主要方向,建立了从小学到大学的育人体系,确立了半工半读的教学制度,开展了形式多样的课外活动,发挥出重要的历史作用,如向社会输送了技术型人才、普及了平民教育、推动了社会发展。其为当前职业院校的高质量发展提供了历史参照,要促进中高职协同育人、推进“工学结合”教育模式、大力培养综合型人才。Private institutions in China originated in the late Qing Dynasty,and as Sino-Western exchanges became increasingly close,more and more such modernized schools had emerged in various regions of China.The China Training Institute has focused on cultivating vocational and technical talents as the main direction of its educational mission.It has established a comprehensive educational system from elementary school to university,implemented a dual work-study teaching system,conducted diverse extracurricular activities,and played a significant historical role by supplying technical talents to society,promoting universal education,and driving social development.Its historical contributions serve as a reference for the high-quality development of current vocational schools,aiming to enhance coordinated education between secondary and higher vocational education,promote the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in education,and vigorously cultivate versatile talents.
