摘  要:随着特殊教育的高质量发展,聋校中职阶段的教育质量成为衡量特殊教育发展水平的重要指标之一,课堂内外教育教学协同推进成为听障学生素质提高的重要路径。课外兴趣小组活动的开展,符合听障学生的认知特点,坚持了扬长避短、缺陷补偿的教育原则,最大限度地发挥了听障学生的潜能优势,充分利用了学生的课余时间,为学生今后的学习生活和社会适应打下了良好的基础。然而,当前聋校中职阶段课外兴趣小组活动的开展与评价现状并不理想,存在诸多问题亟待解决。潍坊特殊教育职业中等专业学校(山东省潍坊聋哑学校)进行了中职阶段课外兴趣小组活动的开展与评价策略研究,拓展了一条依托课外兴趣小组活动提升学生综合素养的创新之路。With the high-quality development of special education,the education quality of secondary vocational stages in deaf schools has become an important indicator of special education development.Collaborative promotion of education both inside and outside the classroom is a key path for improving the quality of life for hearing-impaired students.The implementation of extracurricular interest group activities aligns with the cognitive characteristics of hearing-impaired students,adhering to the principles of maximizing strengths,compensating for weaknesses,and fully utilizing students'potential and spare time.This lays a solid foundation for their future learning,living,and social adaptation.However,the current implementation and evaluation of extracurricular interest group activities in secondary vocational deaf schools face many issues that need urgent resolution.Weifang Special Education Vocational Secondary School(Weifang School for the Deaf,Shandong Province)conducted research on the implementation and evaluation strategies of these activities,paving an innovative path for enhancing students'comprehensive qualities through extracurricular interest group activities.
