摘　　要：近年来,临泽县结合全县主导产业和县域特色产业发展,强化农村职业教育和成人教育资源的统筹协调和综合利用,着力提升农村职业教育和成人教育基础能力,不断提高职业教育与成人教育服务县域经济社会发展的水平,形成以学历教育为主、短期技能培训为辅的多层次、多形式的农村职业教育和成人教育办学格局,建立起具有临泽特色的现代职业教育体系,为建设社会主义新农村提供强有力的人才支撑和智力保障。In recent years,Linze County has strengthened the overall coordination and comprehensive utilization of rural vocational education and adult education resources,combined with the development of leading industries and characteristic industries in the county.Efforts have been made to improve the basic capabilities of rural vocational education and adult education,continuously improve the level of vocational education and adult education services in the county,and form a multi-level and multi-form rural vocational education and adult education pattern with academic education as the main focus and short-term skill training as the auxiliary.A modern vocational education system with Linze characteristics has been established,providing strong talent support and intellectual security for the construction of a socialist new countryside.
