摘　　要：近年来,高校推进“校企合作、产教融合”办学模式,既有利于促进自身发展,也能满足企业和社会发展需求。本文以哈尔滨工业大学(威海)与多个企业的创新合作为基础,分析“校企合作、产教融合”实践问题,打造了“1+1+N”新材料产业研发型人才培养新模式。这种先有校企合作,即形成了“1+1”,再实施产教融合,发展成多个企业参与的产业链式的市场研发型培养模式,即构建成“1+1+N”新材料产业研发型人才培养新模式。这一通过产教融合过程培养研发型新材料产业人才新模式,可以促进新材料产业技术提升水平,为高校教育提供了新的人才培养参考模式。Based on the innovative cooperation between several enterprises and Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai),this paper analyzes the practical problems of"school enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education",and creates a new mode of"1+1+N"research and development(R&D)talents training in the new material industry.The cooperation between schools and enterprises has formed a"1+1"first,and then implemented the integration of industry and education.It has developed into an industrial chain type market research oriented training model with the participation of multiple enterprises,that is,a new training model of"1+1+N"R&D talents training in the new material industry has been established.
