摘　　要：本文介绍了原子吸收光谱法(Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,AAS)的基本原理、种类和特点,分析了其在婴幼儿配方食品营养微量元素、重金属元素分析检测等方面的应用情况,旨在推动AAS法在婴幼儿配方食品分析检测领域的应用和发展。This article introduces the basic principles,types and characteristics of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(AAS),and analyzes its application in the analysis and detection of nutritional trace elements and heavy metal elements in infant formula,aiming to promote the application and development of AAS in the field of analysis and detection of infant formula.
