摘　　要：脑灰质异位症是一种神经系统皮质发育畸形疾病,最常见临床症状是癫痫发作,本文对脑灰质异位症与癫痫的病因、发病机制、临床表现、检查和治疗进行总结,以提高对疾病的认识。Gray matter heterotopia is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by abnormal distribution of gray matter in the brain cortex,and epilepsy is the most common clinical symptom of this disease.This article summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,examination,and treatment of gray matter heterotopia and epilepsy,so as to improve the understanding of the disease.
