阅读疗法改善学业情绪的实证研究——以学习困难初中生为例

摘  要:[目的/意义]学习困难初中生比一般初中生存在更多的心理健康问题,在掌握知识方面需要花费大量的时间和精力。大部分学习困难初中生自我评价差、易自卑及封闭,不良学业情绪在他们身上尤为突出。[方法/过程]初步筛选学习困难初中生,对备选对象使用学业情绪量表测验作为干预前情绪状况的评定方法,进而确定阅读疗法的相关实验对象。按照“药引”“治标”“治本”的施治流程,以交互式阅读为主,心理咨询、访谈为辅,结合大量实践逐步深入展开治疗。最后再次通过学业情绪量表评估实验对象的阅读疗效。[结果/结论]检测结果显示,此次阅读疗法最终取得实验对象消极学业情绪治愈率89.29%,积极学业情绪治愈率92.31%的良好效果;学生可靠的阅疗感受以及对各个书籍的评价是可贵的一手材料,可供之后阅疗师在做相关实验时进行参考。[Purpose/significance]Junior high school students with learning dif ficulties have more mental health problems than the average middle school student and require a great deal of time and effort in acquiring knowledge.Most have poor self-esteem and are prone to low self-esteem and closedmindedness.Bad academic moods are particularly prominent in them.[Method/process]Initially,middle school students with learning dif ficulties were screened,and a pre-intervention assessment of their emotional state was conducted using the Academic Mood Inventory.The treatment process was based on the principles of“priming”,“treating the symptoms”and“treating the root cause”,with interactive reading as the primary treatment,and psychological counselling and interviewing as the secondary treatment.At the end,the efficacy of reading was assessed again by the Academic Emotion Scale.[Result/conclusion]The results of the reading therapy showed that 89.29%of the subjects were cured of negative academic emotions and 92.31%of positive academic emotions;the students’reliable reading experiences and their evaluations of the books are valuable first-hand materials for the therapists to refer to in their future experiments.
