摘 要:法国政府一直对数字技术如何促进教育进行战略性思考,并采取一系列举措加速教育数字化转型,推出“法国数字大学”“数字化校园教育计划”“教育数字领地”等项目,出台《2023—2027年教育数字化战略》等多个政策文件。文章发现法国从构建多元主体参与的教育治理机制、建立培养数字技能的数字教育体系和依托数字技术优化教育资源供给与服务效能三大方面推动教育数字化变革。结合我国目前教育数字化转型现状,文章提出以下三点建议:凝聚多方力量,引导各利益相关者积极参与教育数字化进程;促进教育数字资源的共建共享,提升资源服务能力;合理挖掘使用教育数据,加强安全保障措施。France has been thinking strategically about how digital technology can contribute to education,and has taken a series of initiatives to accelerate the digital transformation of education,such as the launch of the“French Digital University”project,the“Digital Campus Education Program”,the“Digital Territory of Education”and other programs and projects,as well as the publication of a number of policy documents,such as the Strategy for the Digitalization of Education 2023—2027.The article finds that France promotes the digital transformation of education in three major aspects:building an education governance mechanism with the multi-stakeholder participation,establishing a digital education system to cultivate digital skills,and optimizing the efficiency of education resource supply and services through digital technology.Drawing from China’s current situation in education digital transformation in China,the article puts forward the following three suggestions:to unite the strength of multiple parties and guide stakeholders to actively participate in the process of education digitization;to promote the common construction and sharing of education digital resources to enhance the resource service capacity;and to reasonably mine and use education data and strengthen security measures.
