摘 要:柬埔寨作为重要参与共建“一带一路”国家,与中国一直保持友好的外交关系。柬埔寨中文教育起步较早,该国宽松的国家政策也有利于中文教育发展,但中文目前尚未正式进入其国民教育体系。究其原因,主要包括中文教育基础仍然薄弱、中文教育发展不均衡、中文语言定位不清晰、学术支撑力不足等问题,这些都阻碍了中文进入柬埔寨国民教育体系的进程。建议中方在支持政策上予以倾斜,加强对现有柬埔寨国内中文教育机构的支持,推动精准定位中文教育,加强与柬埔寨的双方联合研究,协调中方支持单位形成合力,为帮助柬埔寨开展中文教育做好准备。这些举措对于推动中文进入柬埔寨国民教育体系具有重要的现实意义。As an important country along“the Belt and Road Initiatives”,Cambodia has always maintained friendly relations with China.The Chinese language education in this country has been developed for a long time there.The national policies provide a flexible environment for the development of Chinese education.However,Chinese language education has not been incorporated into the national education system yet.The reason mainly includes that the Chinese education foundation is still weak,the development is uneven,the Chinese language positioning is unclear,the academic support is insufficient and other problems,which hinder the process of Chinese entering the Cambodian national education system.It is suggested the Chinese parties to give preference to support policies,strengthen and expand support for existing Chinese language education institutions in Cambodia,promote accurate positioning of Chinese language education,strengthen joint research between China and Cambodia,coordinate Chinese support units to form joint forces,and prepare for helping Cambodia carry out Chinese language education in the post epidemic era.These measures are of great practical significance for promoting the Chinese language to enter the Cambodian national education system.
