摘  要:为了解决现有SMA驱动的尿道阀存在供能系统结构复杂、与生物组织相容性和可靠性低等问题,提出了一种利用磁流体在交变磁场中的热效应为SMA弹簧的驱动直接提供热能的新方法,设计了一种磁感应发热供能SMA驱动的尿道阀。建立了尿道阀的电-磁转换、磁-热转换和热-机转换等多场耦合关系数学模型,通过仿真和实验研究了磁场控制参数对尿道阀驱动特性的影响规律,优化了磁流体的材料参数,实验研究了尿道阀的启闭特性。研究结果表明,尿道阀原理可行,植入部分结构简单;增大磁场强度或磁场交变频率均可提高驱动特性,磁流体通过参数优化后发热功率提高了57%;尿道阀启闭特性良好,平均尿流率为13.6 ml/s;所建立的数学模型有效实用,可为尿道阀的结构设计和特性分析提供理论指导。In order to address the issues of complex energy supply systems and low biocompatibility and reliability in the existing SMA-driven urethral valves,this paper proposes a novel approach that utilizes the thermal effect of magnetic fluid in an alternating magnetic field to directly provide thermal energy to the SMA spring,and designs a urethral valve driven by SMA based on magnetic induction heating power supply.The paper establishes mathematical models for the electro-magnetic conversion,magnetic-thermal conversion and thermal-mechanical conversion of the urethral valve.The influence of the magnetic field control parameters on the driving characteristics of the urethral valve is studied through simulations and experiments,and the material parameters of the magnetic fluid are optimized.The experimental studies on the opening and closing characteristics of the urethral valve are conducted.The research results indicate that the principle of the urethral valve is feasible,and the structure of the implanted part is simple.Increasing the magnetic field intensity or alternating frequency both enhance the driving characteristics,and the heating power of the magnetic fluid increases by 57%after parameter optimization.The urethral valve exhibits good opening and closing characteristics with an average urine flow rate of 13.6 ml/s.The established mathematical models are effective and practical,providing theoretical guidance for the structural design and characterization analysis of the urethral valve.
