共生与推拉:乡村振兴示范创建实现路径——基于全国46个优秀案例的扎根研究

摘　　要：作为一种创新的治理模式和实践路径,“百县千乡万村”乡村振兴示范创建顺应时代要求而生,蕴含并延续了典型治理的内在逻辑。基于扎根理论,选取《全国乡村振兴优秀案例》中的46个权威案例进行3级编码,构建双驱动式金字塔模型以阐释乡村振兴示范创建的实现路径。研究发现:共生单元是乡村振兴示范创建的行动主体,共生环境是乡村振兴示范创建的现实场域,共生界面是乡村振兴示范创建的互动逻辑,共生动力是乡村振兴示范创建的双重驱动。基于现实挑战,应构建乡村振兴示范创建成效评价机制,走人、地、业耦合发展之路,推进数字乡村建设。As an innovative governance model and a practical path,the rural revitalization demonstration initiative was born in response to the requirements of the times,which contains and continues the internal logic of typical governance.Based on the grounded theory,46 authoritative cases in the National Excellent Cases of Rural Revitalization are selected for three-level coding,and a double-driven pyramid model is constructed to explain the launching path of rural revitalization demonstration initiatives.It is found that the symbiotic unit is the main body of rural revitalization demonstration initiatives,the symbiotic environment is the realistic field,the symbiotic interface is the interactive logic,and the symbiotic dynamics are the double driving forces.In view of real challenges,it is necessary to build a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of the rural revitalization demonstration initiatives,take the road of coupling the development of people,land and industry,and promote the construction of digital villages.
