摘  要:目的对广东省某三甲医院住院医师的岗位胜任力现状进行调查,并分析其影响因素。方法以广东省某三甲医院参加住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的2016级—2019级323名住院医师为研究对象,基于文献分析和专家咨询自制岗位胜任力调查问卷进行线上调查,采用t检验以及方差检验分析胜任力情况,采用多重线性回归分析法探索胜任力影响因素。结果住院医师的岗位胜任力得分为(4.56±0.49)分,整体呈中上水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示,职称、实践机会、培训专业和对基地培训效果的满意度不同的住院医师医师岗位胜任力自我评价分值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论职称、实践的机会、培训专业和对基地培训效果是否满意是住院医师岗位胜任力的最主要影响因素。本研究结果为改进住培基地和提升培训方案提供参考依据。Objective This study aimed to investigate the post competency status of resident physicians in standardized residency training at a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province and analyze the factors that could influence their competencies.Methods The study selected 323 resident physicians from a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province between 2016 and 2019.To assess their competency,a self-made questionnaire based on literature analysis and expert consultation was used for an online survey.The competency status was analyzed using t-tests and variance analysis,and a multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to explore factors influencing competency.Results The overall competency score of resident physicians in standardized training positions was(4.56±0.49)points,indicating a moderate to high level of competency.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences in self-evaluation scores for job competency among resident physicians based on their job titles,practical opportunities,training specialties and satisfaction with the training effectiveness in the training base(all P<0.05).Conclusion The job title,practical experience opportunities,training specialization,and satisfaction with the effectiveness of training in the base are the most significant factors that influence post competency of resident physicians.The results of this study provide a reference for the improvement and upgrading of the training program and course model of the standardized training base.
