摘　　要：目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合病例分析在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)产科临床轮转的应用效果。方法纳入复旦大学附属妇产科医院2021级住院医师45名,采用Mini-CEX联合病例分析的方法,两轮阶段性综合评估住院医师产科临床能力。观察Mini-CEX和病例分析考核结果,收集考官和住院医师对考核的满意度。结果通过临床轮转和不断反馈,住院医师在Mini-CEX病史采集、诊疗思路和整体表现有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但病例分析考核分数提高不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用Mini-CEX量表与传统打分的结果具有相关性,应用Mini-CEX考核模式的考官和住院医师满意度高。结论Mini-CEX联合病例分析进行教学评估具有可行性、可操作性和实际意义,值得应用和推广。Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) combined with case analysis in standardized residency training for obstetric residents.Methods A total of 45 resident physicians of grade 2021 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were included in this study.Mini-CEX combined case analysis was used to evaluate the obstetrical clinical ability in two stages.Observation of the Mini-CEX results and evaluation of the satisfaction of examiners and residents with the assessment were analyzed.Results Through clinical rotation and continuous feedback,the medical history collection,diagnosis and treatment ideas and overall performance of resident physicians in MiniCEX were significantly improved(all P<0.05),but the test scores of case analysis were not significantly improved(P>0.05).There was correlation between the results of Mini-CEX scale and traditional scoring.Both examiners and residents who applied the Mini-CEX had higher satisfaction.Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with case analysis is feasible,operable and practical for residents,which is worthy of application and promotion.
