摘　　要：开放教育企业策划是集知识传授、能力培养、价值观塑造为一体的一门专业课程。作为新时代高校教师,肩负着为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人的重要使命。专业教师要不断探索、实践、总结、提高课程思政能力,其中开展基于课程思政的企业策划教学设计和探索是提升课程思政教学效果、加强专业课教师课程思政能力的有效途径。Open education Enterprise Planning is a professional course that integrates knowledge imparting,ability developing,and values fostering.As university teachers in the new era,we shoulder the important mission of cultivating people,so we must understand what kind of people we should cultivate,how,and for whom.Professional teachers must work to explore,practice,summarize,and improve their ideological and political abilities.To carry out teaching design and exploration of Enterprise Planning on the basis of curriculum ideological and political education is an effective way to improve the teaching result of ideological and political education and strengthen ideological and political abilities of professional teachers.
