摘 要:青贮饲料青鲜、适口性强、易消化,在现代畜牧业发展中发挥着重要作用。但青贮饲料的品质受到原料、发酵条件的显著影响。为解决这些问题,人们不断探索原料种类的同时开发最优的发酵方式及发酵设备,取得了一定的进展。文章综述了目前常用的青贮饲料原料种类及相应的发酵条件控制,对青贮饲料的未来发展方向进行展望,强调机械化及数字化的应用潜力。Silage is fresh,palatable and easy to digest,which plays an important role in the development of modern animal husbandry.However,the quality of silage is significantly affected by raw materials and fermentation conditions.In order to solve these problems,people constantly explore the types of raw materials and develop the best fermentation methods and fermentation equipment,and have made some progress.In this paper,the kinds of common silage raw materials and the control of fermentation conditions were summarized,the future development direction of silage was prospected,and the application potential of mechanization and digitalization was emphasized.
