摘 要:在经典硅基材料三层一面烧蚀模型的基础上,考虑气流剥蚀、高温粒子对材料的侵蚀以及表层熔融SiO_(2)的蒸发流失,引入膨胀系数,并采用固体、多孔介质分区计算、边界以温度耦合的数值处理方法,建立各因素耦合作用下绝热层综合烧蚀模型;模型计算结果与文献实验结果相对误差在-9.29%~9.75%之间浮动,表明模型具有较高的精度;参考实验参数,对含凝相环境、富氧环境参数下材料烧蚀进行数值计算,探索了冲压发动机补燃室绝热层温度、孔隙率、质量烧蚀率以及线烧蚀率的变化规律;分别以温度、压强、燃气速度、粒子浓度以及富氧度等环境参数为变量进行数值计算,结果能够为固冲发动机绝热层烧蚀预测提供一定参考。Based on the classical three-layer one-side ablation model of silicon-based materials,a comprehensive ablation model of insulation layer under the coupling effect of various factors is established by introducing the expansion coefficient,calculating the partition of solid and porous media,and using the numerical treatment method of temperature coupling at the boundary.The relative error between the calculated results of the model and the experimental results of the literature fluctuates between-9.29%and 9.75%,indicating that the model has a high accuracy.With reference to the experimental parameters,the material ablation is numerically calculated in condensing phase environment and oxygen rich environment,and the changing laws of the insulation layer temperature,porosity,mass ablation rate and line ablation rate are explored.Temperature,pressure,gas velocity,particle concentration,oxygen enrichment and other environmental parameters are used as variables for numerical calculation,and the results can provide some reference for the ablation prediction of insulation layer of solid propellant ramjet.
