摘　　要：黑豆为大豆属植物[Glycine max(L.)Merr]的种子,为我国资源分布很广的药食两用中药,陕北小黑豆为其栽培品种之一。黑豆主要含有异黄酮和花青素类成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、抗癌、调节激素水平等多种药理作用。对1997—2022年国内外文献报道的黑豆化学成分及主要药理作用进行综述,分析陕北小黑豆种植栽培现状及药用黑豆存在的问题。提出陕北地区的环境更适合小黑豆的种植与进一步应完善该植物药材标准的观点。Black bean is the seed of Glycine max(L.)Merr,which is widely distributed in China.Small black bean in northern Shaanxi is one of its cultivars.Black bean mainly contains isoflavones and anthocyanins,which have anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypoglycem,lipid-lowering,anticancer,hormone regulation and other pharmacological effects.In this study,the chemical constituents and main pharmacological effects of black bean reported in domestic and foreign literatures from 1997 to 2022 were reviewed,and the cultivation status of small black bean in northern Shaanxi Province and the existing problems of medicinal black bean were analyzed.It is suggested that the environment of northern Shaanxi Province is more suitable for the cultivation of black bean and the standard of medicinal materials should be improved further.
