摘　　要：肿瘤放射治疗技术涉及到的知识面相对广泛且复杂,而很多与肿瘤放疗技术相关的专业知识比较抽象且难以理解,专业水平要求比较高,因此,对实习生的学习能力、临床操作能力和思维创新能力提出了更高的要求,需要针对肿瘤放射治疗技术的实习带教方法进行改革。本文针对肿瘤放射治疗技术实习带教中存在的问题,介绍了目标教学法的应用及实施效果。Oncology radiation therapy technology involves relatively extensive and complex knowledge,while many professional knowledge related to oncology radiation therapy technology is abstract and difficult to understand,and the level of professionalism is required to be relatively high.Therefore,the learning ability,clinical operation ability and innovation ability of interns are required to be higher.It is necessary to reform the teaching method of oncology radiation therapy technology internship.In view of the problems existing in the practice teaching of tumor radiotherapy technology,this paper introduces the application and implementation effect of the target teaching method.
