摘 要:以Fe,C混合粉末为原料,FeS或镀镍FeS为固体润滑剂,通过粉末冶金工艺制备了FeS/铁基轴承材料的试样,研究镀镍FeS对试样显微组织、密度、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明:FeS表面镀镍提高了FeS与基体的界面结合强度,增大了试样的密度和硬度;干摩擦条件下,含镀镍FeS试样摩擦表面形成的固体润滑膜更牢固、完整,黏着磨损减少,耐磨性提高;油润滑条件下,润滑油膜与FeS固体润滑膜可以协同润滑,提高了摩擦副间润滑膜的稳定性和承载能力,减摩耐磨性能更好。FeS/iron-based bearing material samples are prepared by powder metallurgy process,with mixture of Fe and C powders as raw materials and FeS or nickel-plated FeS as solid lubricants.The effects of nickel plated FeS on microstructure,density,hardness and friction and wear properties of the samples are investigated.The results show that nickel plating on surface of FeS enhances the interface bonding strength between FeS and matrix,and increases the density and hardness of the samples;under dry friction condition,the solid lubricating film formed on friction surface of the samples containing nickel plated FeS is more solid and complete,the adhesive wear is reduced,and the wear resistance is improved;under oil lubrication condition,the lubricating oil film and FeS solid lubricating film can be lubricated cooperatively,improving the stability and load capacity of lubricating film between friction pairs,and achieving better anti-friction and wear resistance.
