摘  要:通过“互联网+”平台对全科医学乡村医师专业实习生进行儿科常见疾病规范化诊治培训,提高基层全科乡村医学实习生儿科学方面的理论及诊疗水平。选取2022年6月参加南疆四地州实习的100名实习生为研究对象,将同一研究对象专业授课前后儿科临床诊疗能力进行对比分析。经“互联网+”平台专业培训后,100名实习生的临床诊疗思维及病例分析能力、理论水平较前有所进步。可利用“互联网+”平台对乡村医师专业实习生进行专业培训,以提高其理论及专业水平,为将来乡村医院建设提供新鲜血液,为乡村振兴贡献力量。Through the“Internet+”platform,general medicine rural physician professional interns are trained in standardized diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric diseases,so as to improve the theoretical,diagnosis and treatment level of grassroots general medicine rural medical interns in pediatrics.100 interns who participated in the internship in the four prefectures of southern Xinjiang in June 2022 were selected as the research object,and the pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment ability before and after the professional teaching of the same research object was compared and analyzed.After the professional training of the“Internet+”platform,the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking,case analysis ability and theoretical level of 100 interns have improved.The“Internet+”platform can be used to train professional interns of rural doctors to improve their theory and professional level,provide fresh blood for the construction of rural hospitals in the future,and contribute to the strategy of rural revitalization.
