浅议中职校园欺凌现象的预防和干预手段

摘　　要：近年来,我国校园欺凌事件屡见报端,特别是3月10日,河北邯郸市肥乡区三名初一学生(12--14周岁)将同班同学王子耀密谋杀害并埋尸菜园,三名学生的霸凌手段极其残忍,影响极其恶劣,引起了全国网友、家长的愤慨、声讨。校园欺凌使被欺凌者身体健康受损害,精神和心理长期饱受创伤痛苦,对未来产生极大负面影响,使欺凌者道德滑坡、人格扭曲,甚至走上犯罪道路。校园欺凌影响教学秩序,败坏学生风气,若得不到有效管控还会影响国家和社会的发展。校园欺凌是一项世界性、历史性、实践性难题。我们应深挖欺凌的根源,要与涉事双方学生及其家长、所在班级任课教师、部分同学等进行深入的谈话询问,并组织调查。所以建议可以从中职生、学校、老师、家庭及社会五个方面着手,采取一系列有效措施,以减少甚至杜绝校园欺凌现象的发生。In recent years,the campus bullying incidents in our country frequently appear in the media,causing widespread social concern.Insults,beatings,such as shooting humiliating videos,deeply hurt the nerves of the entire society.School bullying damages the physical health of the victims,causes long-term mental and psychological trauma and suffering,and has a great negative impact on the future.Campus bullying affects the teaching order and corrupts the students'ethos.If it is not effectively controlled,it will also affect the development of the country and society.Campus bullying is a worldwide,historical and practical problem.To dig into the root causes of bullying,to both sides of the students and their parents,teachers in the class,some students,such as in-depth interview and investigation.Therefore,we can take a series of effective measures from five aspects,such as secondary vocational school students,schools,teachers,families and society,to reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of campus bullying.
