摘　　要：工科院校金工实习大都从各自的校办(实习)工厂转型而来(金工1.0时代),“十一五”时期升级为综合性工程训练中心(工训2.0时代)。当今,创新创业教育如火如荼,重新审视工程训练中心的地位与作用,探赜如何将工程训练全面融入其中,塑造一个“工程训练+创新创业”融合发展的“工创中心”新样态(工创3.0时代)。论文旨在追溯其转型过程,深入探讨工程实践教育理念的转变,以期提供一个全面了解工程训练中心发展历程及未来展望的视角,推动工程训练中心从“工训”到“工创”的转型升级,促进新时代中国工程实践教育改革与发展。Metalworking practice in engineering colleges mostly came from school-run(internship)factories of these colleges(Metalworking Practice 1.0 Era),and during“The 11th Five-year Plan”period,it was conducted in comprehensive engineering training center(Engineering Training 2.0 Era).Nowadays,the education of innovation and entrepreneurship is in full swing.We re-evaluate the position and function of engineering training center and explore how to fully integrate engineering training into the education,creating a new paradigm of training center integrating engineering training and education of innovation and entrepreneurship(Engineering Training+Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education 3.0 Era).This paper aims to trace the process of above transformation and probe into the conceptual changes of engineering practice education,so as to provide a perspective for a comprehensive understanding of the development process and future prospects of the center,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of engineering training centers from the 2.0 Era to the 3.0 Era,and promote the reform and development of engineering practice education in China for the new era.
