摘 要:国家奖学金由中央政府设立,用于奖励特别优秀的大学生,其优秀的表现与原因值得研究。基于H大学四轮本科生学情调查的混合截面数据,采用差异性分析、回归分析等方法,研究影响国奖本科生学习效果的关键因素。结果显示,国奖本科生的学习效果总体优于非国奖本科生,并突出表现在实践能力提升方面。对国奖本科生学习效果具有显著影响的因素有自主学习、院校归属感、生师互动、课程学习和教师期望,其中自主学习的影响最为显著。自主学习包括计划制定、意志控制、反思改进三个环节,这些环节都对国奖本科生的学习效果具有显著影响,其中意志控制的影响最为显著。The National Scholarship is established by the central government to reward outstanding college students,and their outstanding performance and causes are worth studying.Based on mixed cross-sectional data from four rounds of undergraduate student survey at H University,this study uses methods such as difference analysis and regression analysis to investigate the key factor affecting the learning outcomes of undergraduate students receiving National Scholarship.The results show that the overall learning outcome of undergraduate students with National Scholarship is better than that of undergraduate students without the scholarship,and the learning outcomes are highlighted in the improvement of practical abilities.The factors that have significant impacts on the learning outcomes of undergraduate students with National Scholarship include self-regulated learning,a sense of belonging to universitiy,student-faculty interaction,curriculum learning,and teacher expectations.Among them,self-regulated learning has the most significant impacts.Self-regulated learning includes three stages:plan,volitional control,and reflective improvement,all of which have significant impacts on the learning outcomes of undergraduate students with National Scholarship.Among them,volitional control has the most significant impact.
