摘 要:健康中国战略引领下,医工交叉已成为高校学科布局重要方向。除自建医学院外,高校间合作是更直接也更高效的途径。哈佛-MIT健康科学与技术计划(HST)组织视角剖析发现,富有成效的组建机制,形成了卓越导向且上下同心的组织目标;多方协同高效合理的决策机制,整合了多样化且结构合理的组织资源;育人机制、教师激励机制、跨学科研究机制和外部保障机制,发挥了各类资源效能;开放包容、平等民主文化将全体成员凝聚一起,推动了HST高质量发展。可借鉴HST经验,探索建立符合校情的高校间跨学科组织,培养能担重任的医工交叉复合型人才。Under the Healthy China Strategy, the intersection of medicine and engineering has become an important direction in universities. In addition to established medical schools, cooperation between universities is a more direct and efficient way. This article conducts an analysis of HST and found that it has established a set of effective organizational mechanisms, formed an excellent and concentric organizational goal, created a multi-party collaborative and efficient decision-making mechanism, integrated diverse and structurally sound organizational resources, and utilized the effectiveness of various resources through education mechanisms, teacher incentive mechanisms, interdisciplinary research mechanisms, and external security mechanisms. An open, inclusive, equal and democratic culture brings all members together to promote the high-quality development of HST. Our universities can learn from the experience of HST and explore the establishment of interdisciplinary organizations between universities that are in line with our national conditions and school conditions, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents who can take on important responsibilities in medicine and engineering.
